A traditional oak "Hoosier" style kitchen pantry cupboard with enamel top from about 1915 is signed "Ariel Handy Helper, of Peru, Indiana." There is a mirror in the door of this top of the line cabinet. The wind-up clock only runs briefly, and probably needs servicing.
The restored finish is in excellent condition, preserving a few mars for a little character. The roll top works smoothly on this American made antique furniture. When the work top rolls out, drawers for kitchen tools pull out as well for easy access. The upper cabinet is removable for easier shipping. There are chips and stains on the enamel top and inside shelf for canisters. Inside is a working flour sifter. Hardware is original.
Measurements are 42" wide, 25" deep, 71 1/2" tall and the work surface is 33 1/2" high.
