This American Empire Revival era china or curio cabinet has sweeping and graceful curves and dates from the very early 1900's.
Entirely quarter-sawn oak with a wonderful medium brown finish, all the glass is old and wavy, including the curved door pane. Inside, the mirror is original, and shelves have grooves for displaying plates.
Imposing antique furniture in exceptional condition, the label on the back is difficult to read, but is signed "Rockford (Ill) Chair and Furniture Co." Measurements are 4'9" wide, 19" deep and 5'5" tall.
