Pair French 1920's Antique Carved Chairs or Bergeres
A pair of armchairs or "bergeres" was hand carved in France in the 1920's. Beech frames are tight and strong with small shrinkage separations from age. The original finish is very well preserved.
Elegant brocade upholstery has some wear and minor spots, see photos. Springs are comfortable and supportive on this antique European furniture.
Measurements are 26" wide, 30" deep, 36" tall and seat cushions are 18" high.
