Pair of Swedish Bombe Chests or Bedside Tables

An exquisite pair of hand-made marquetry chests or nightstands have marble tops. The polished original finish is excellent, with only minor wear, and a few small mars, see photos. Embossed brasses and mounts are original from about 40 years ago.

This elegant vintage pair has beautiful rich color and inlaid banding, herringbone and floral marquetry in rosewood, mahogany and elm burl.

Drawers have solid mahogany dovetailed sides, and measurements of this marvelous Scandinavian furniture are 31 1/2" wide, 17" deep and 29" tall.
