Rustic 1890's Country Pine Carpenter Workbench
A primitive country pine carpenter's workbench was hand crafted about 1890, and would be fun as a wine tasting and appetizer table or kitchen island.
Hewn and roughly carved timbers have exposed mortise and tenon joints, there is a vise that is typical of leather harness work. A lowered tray held tools and parts.
The finish has been sealed for durability, there are stains, mars, paint drips and dings for rustic character.
Size of this Wisconsin made antique is 6' 2" long, 26" deep or 32" including the vise handle and 30" tall.
