A set of four solid maple dining or game table chairs were hand crafted about 1830 in New England with gorgeous natural grain, called tiger, birdseye or curly maple.
The restored finish is in excellent condition on this American made antique Empire period furniture. Frames are strong, reglued to serve another generation. Although flexible and very usable, there are several breaks in the cane of the seats, see photos.
Dimensions are 18" wide, 19" deep, 34" tall and seats are 18" high and 16" deep.
