Spitzer Chicago 1925 Walnut Executive Desk, Bronze Pulls

A top of the line walnut executive desk is signed "Spitzer of Chicago," and dates from about 1925.

The gleaming finish enhances intricately figured and matched "oyster" burl and "key" motif molding. Cast heavy bronze pulls are original.

There is a file drawer and two sliding shelves mounted into the top drawers for extra workspace. Deep drawers have dovetailed solid walnut sides.

Measurements of this imposing furniture are 6' long, 38" deep, 30 1/2" tall, the knee hole is 31" wide and 25" tall.
