Signed "Statton Private Collection," this Georgian style tall chest on chest or highboy dresser embodies the absolute best of American traditional design and construction, and is dated 1980.
Solid cherry and all original, the "Oxford Antique Cherry" finish has rich color and is in excellent condition. Drawers have solid oak dovetailed sides and heavy weight brasses plus generous storage.
The graceful pediment, flame shaped finial and traditional shell carving are all exquisite. Block feet are traditional on this famous maker vintage furniture.
Measurements are 39" wide, 20" deep and 82" tall.
