Victorian 1850 Antique Carved Desk or Side Chair, Black Needlepoint
A Victorian period side or desk chair from about 1850 has hand carved fruit and nuts of solid walnut. Upholstery is hand stitched needlepoint with a black background.
The strong and graceful frame has had various restorations over the years and one rear leg is different, see photos. The finish is in excellent condition on this American made antique furniture.
Size is 18" wide, 21" deep, 35" tall and the seat is 19" high.
