Victorian Antique Oak Hall, Foyer or Pier Mirror
A splendid Victorian hall, foyer or pier mirror is quarter-sawn oak with an excellent deep brown finish - it would be lovely in a dressing area.
The original beveled mirror is dated on the back, "Nov. 25, 1907, Tyler & Hippach, Chicago." There are small losses to the silvering at the edges, see photos, and the signature can be faintly seen through the front.
Slight "smoke" to the original plate glass proves its age, it could be resilvered but is charming as it is. Columns have Ionic capitals.
Size of this American antique furniture is 56" wide, 8" deep and 7' 8" tall.
