Victorian Tiger Maple 1850 Chest or Dresser

Solid shimmering tiger grain maple is the highlight of this Victorian chest of drawers or dresser with small handkerchief drawers on top. Entirely hand made about 1850, drawers have hand cut dovetails and chamfered bottoms.

The wood is hand-planed and nails are square. This functional antique furniture has wonderful patina, the golden finish appears original, and is in very fine condition. Measurements are 42" wide, 19" deep and 47" tall.
