Oak Waterbury Schoolhouse Regulator Clock

A classic American "schoolhouse regulator" clock is signed with an original label by famous Connecticut maker, "Waterbury."

The 8 day brass movement keeps excellent time. The case is fine grained oak with a beautiful finish, a brass framed glass door opens to wind this nostalgic antique Victorian timepiece. There is wear on the painted tin dial, see photos.

The brass pendulum appears original. Dating from about 1890, size is 24" tall, 16" wide and 3 1/2" deep.
