Signed by famous maker of office furniture, "Globe," about 1910, this four drawer filing cabinet is quarter sawn oak with an excellent finish.
Drawers have original rosy brass pulls and label holders, they accommodate standard 10"x12" letter file folders. There are no pushers in the drawers, which roll nicely on original steel slides.
Sides of this American made antique are paneled. Globe later merged with Wernicke and achieved great success with stacking lawyer bookcases.
Size is 16 1/2" wide, 26" deep and 52" tall.
