A four stack "lawyer's" bookcase is quarter sawn oak from the very early 1900's, signed by famous maker, "Globe Wernicke" of Cincinnati, Ohio. Lift up doors have original wavy glass.
The restored deep finish is in excellent condition on this American made antique library furniture. Coppery flashed hardware is original, the base and top are also separate stacking modules.
Books up to 9 1/2" wide and 8 1/2" tall fit in the upper section, the lower three sections fit up to 10" tall.
Overall size is 34" wide, 12" deep and 61" tall.
