A bust of Nefertiti, the Queen of Egypt and wife of Pharaoh Akhenaten is cast metal with an original silvery black finish, and dates from about 100 years ago.
There are minor mars as shown, the base is embossed with traditional Egyptian motifs. Nefertiti means "the beautiful one has come," and she lived 1371-1331 B.C.
This sculpture is after the famous bust in the Neues Museum in Berlin, Germany. Bought in northern Europe, we do not know where this work of art was made. Size is 4" wide, 3" deep and 8 1/2" tall.
