A fantastically carved three piece Victorian period bedroom set includes a queen size bed, nightstand or small chest, and dresser with mirror.
- Antique 1870s bedroom furniture signed "Guernsey Jones & Co., St. Louis MO"
- Carved walnut, walnut burl, & figured walnut
- Original varnish has been cleaned and preserved with a coat of clear finish
- Minor mars & shrinkage separations from age - see photos
- Brass hardware is original
- Drawers have pin & cove joints
- Marble tops have been polished & sealed, have staining - see photos
- Dresser key is handle only, lock does not work
- Removable dresser mirror has "smoke" for antique character
- Wood cross supports are included as shown on bed
- Headboard crest & marble tops are removable
- Bed is expertly adapted to fit a modern queen size demonstrator mattress as shown
- Bed setup is not included
Bed size is 87" long, 70" wide with headboard 87" tall and footboard 31" tall. Slats sit 10" from ground and the demonstrator mattress is 16" thick. Headboard without crest is 75.5" high.
Nightstand is 30.5" wide, 18" deep, and 39" tall.
Dresser size is 44" wide, 22" deep, and 90" tall.
