Andrews Chicago Antique 1910 Oak Roll Top Desk, Rotary File

Signed "Andrews of Chicago," an outstanding solid oak roll top desk has a "rotary" swing out file. The silken finish is in excellent condition on this American made office furniture.

Cast brass hardware and working locks are original. Deep drawers have dovetailed joints. The "C" shaped roll top glides smoothly, there are mail slots at both ends. Inside is a well worn and ink stained leather writing surface, see photos. Drawers and cubicles of various sizes plus four tiny round bottom pen and pencil drawers are inside.

This classic antique is paneled and finished all around. The roll top section is removable for easier delivery.

Measurements are 54" wide, 34" deep, 44" tall and the desk top is 30" high, the knee hole is 20" wide and 26" high.
