Brass Antique Drugstore Mortar & Pestle
A heavy weight cast brass mortar and pestle set is engraved "10" on the base. There are handles on the mortar. Used in a pharmacy to grind medicine, this antique set dates from about 1900.
The pestle is 8 1/2" long, the mortar is almost 5" tall and 5 1/2" across.
