Country French Carved Oak 1940's Dining Set, Table 2 Leaves, 6 Chairs

An authentic Country French dining set was carved of solid fine grained oak in the 1940's, and includes a table with two pull out leaves and six chairs.

The table has a parquet top and two 24 1/2" wide draw leaves underneath, all with an excellent finish restored for durability. The base and chairs are original finish all in very fine condition.

Table size is 39" wide, 30 1/2" tall, legroom is about 24" and length when closed is 59," with both leaves extended, length is 9' overall.

Chairs are tight and solid, reglued to serve another generation. Seats are newly upholstered on this vintage furniture from France. Size is 19" wide, 22" deep, 39" tall, seats are 20" high and 16" deep.
