Made for a rural schoolmaster around 1860, this country pine slant top desk has loads of antique character - mars and stains - preserved by an excellent satiny finish.
Hand planing marks and square nails are authentic on this American made furniture. Under the one-board top are storage and cubicles for papers.
Measurements are 35" wide, 23" deep, 39 1/2" tall, and the top slants from 32" high at the front to 36 1/2" at the back.
