Crafted of solid oak and ash hardwoods about 1900, an icebox is signed "Crown" on a brass plate. Embossed nickel hardware is original.
The top lifts, a block of ice was placed here in this antique "refrigerator." The finish has warm color and is in excellent condition, there are a few stains and mars for character.
American made kitchen furniture, the back is wainscoting. Size is 29" wide, 18" deep and 42" tall.
