Dutch Carved Oak 1900 Wall Shelf, Coat & Hat Hooks

Hand carved of solid oak about 1900 in Holland, this wall shelf has original coat and hat hooks. The original finish is very well preserved, and has been waxed and buffed so that an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth is all that is needed to maintain its warm patina.

Embossed brass hooks show a couple in traditional Dutch dress. Panels show the work of a master carver. There is a groove to display plates or trays if desired.

Size is 47 1/2" wide, 9" deep and 14" tall.
