Eastlake Walnut Burl Antique 1885 Armoire Wardrobe

A late Victorian or Eastlake period armoire from about 1885 has exceptional matched walnut burl and warm antique patina.

Solid walnut with matched burl panels, the old finish is very fine with minor mars and wear for character. The geometric moldings and crown are beautiful.

Embossed hardware is original, drawers have round "pin and cove" dovetails of the period. Later rough shelves and adjustable supports are removable, a closet pole could be installed if desired.

American made furniture, this wardrobe can be disassembled for moving. Measurements are 54" wide, 22" deep and 89" tall, interior depth is 16."
