French Style 5 Pc. 1930's Vintage Marquetry Bedroom Set, Full Size Bed, Joerns
A five piece bedroom set from the 1930's was richly carved in the French manner, and includes a full size bed, nightstand, tall chest, dresser and wall mirror. This artistic set is signed, "Joerns Bros. of Stevens Point, Wis."
The restored finish is in excellent condition, preserving the original shaded painting on the carved frames which have various touchups. Flat panels are walnut with matched burl and inlaid marquetry designs. American made vintage furniture, hardware is original and drawers have dovetailed joints.
The bed fits a standard modern double size mattress, wood support slats are included. Measurements are 56" wide, 81" long, the headboard is 46" high and the footboard is 18" high. The demonstrator mattress and spring unit in photos are 18" thick together.
Nightstand size is 18" wide, 14" deep and 28" tall.
Tall chest size is 38" wide, 22" deep and 54" tall.
The dresser measures 67" wide, 23" deep and 35" tall, the mirror is 53" wide and 42" tall.
