Georgian 1880 Antique Breakfront Bookcase or China Cabinet

Hand crafted in England about 1880, this classic Georgian bookcase or china cabinet has a classical pediment surmounted by a detailed brass eagle.

Mahogany wood has a very fine finish, plus a few shrinkage separations and mars at the edges for antique character and various restorations over the years.

Traditional grillwork doors have lots of old wavy glass panes. Shelves adjust by sliding into grooves or tracks on the sides. The upper section is a separate piece for easier moving on this elegant furniture.

Measurements are 69 1/2" wide, 20" deep and 89 1/2" tall.
