Primitive Country Pine Antique 1870 Pie Safe Cupboard, Punched Tin Panels
Well worn with loads of antique character, this 1870 era "pie safe" cupboard for fresh bakery has punched tin panels to ventilate while keeping flies away.
Pine and maple, the finish is in very good condition, preserving stains, losses and wear. Joints have wooden pegs, hand cut square nails are visible all over this picturesque primitive furniture. Hand made in Minnesota, there are some warps to the legs.
Size is 41" wide, 18" deep and 54" tall.
