Primitive Country Pine Fireplace Antique Mantel 1850
From the early Victorian period, about 1850 this primitive country pine fireplace mantel is entirely hand made, square nails are visible on the back side. The satiny finish is in very good condition on this charming antique.
A removable slate colored panel is included, and this mantel would work well as a decorative, fireplace - see photos.
Dimensions are just over 50" wide, 8" deep, and 52" tall. The fire opening is 25 1/2" wide and 36" tall, and could be enlarged a bit.
