A floor reading lamp from around 1920 was called a "bridge" lamp. The cast iron filigree base has beautiful detail.
American made lighting, the satin glass shade is of the period. A standard base socket with pull chain switch has a swivel mount and has been rewired. Size is 16" across and 60" tall.
