Traditional 1950 Vintage Secretary Desk, Bookcase Top, Secret Compartments

A traditional Georgian design secretary desk from about 1950 has a bookcase top and secret compartments inside. Walnut with an excellent restored finish, the maker's label reads "Northwestern Cabinet Co., Burlington, Iowa."

A key operates all locks on this American made vintage furniture. Two separate pieces for easier moving, drawers have serpentine fronts and feet are classic ball and claw.

Supports extend automatically when the lid is opened, inside are tiny drawers and cubicles for papers.

Dimensions are 32" wide, 18" deep and 76" tall, the desktop is 29" high.
