This spectacular Biedermeier period secretary desk was inscribed as a presentation gift to "Hellen Sonntag, 1878." With gorgeous star marquetry, mirrored center compartment and secret drawers, this fantastic secretary would be a standout addition to any office or library.

- Beautiful figured walnut, rosewood & maple marquetry
- Top surface has been refinished for durability. The rest of the old varnish has been cleaned and preserved with a coat of clear finish.
