Victorian 1880 Antique Brass Angels Piano or Organ Lamp, Pomona Vaseline Shade

A magnificent Victorian piano or organ floor lamp from the 1880 is solid cast brass with angels or cupids and claw feet. The "vaseline" color Pomona glass shade is antique and undamaged. Blown and etched, the 10" diameter art glass ball shade has an original brass ring at the top.

The original oil or kerosene burner has been wired for electricity with a standard base socket. The rosy brass base has been polished and lacquered.

To use with musical instruments, height is adjustable on this American made parlor or music room light. To lower, a button is pushed, suddenly releasing the upper section which must be guided down gently.

Measurements are 22" across the feet, height adjusts from 61" to 79" including the glass chimney.
