Art Nouveau Antique Carved Music Cabinet

Carved of mahogany about 1900 during the Art Nouveau period, this artistic sheet music cabinet has an original beveled mirror and pierced gallery above.

The original finish has wonderful warm antique patina plus just enough mars and wear for a little character. There is some "smoke" to the shaped mirror, see photos. Brasses are original, the drawer has solid mahogany sides with tiny hand cut dovetails.

This is exquisite American furniture for a music room. Dimensions of this elegant antique are 24" wide, 14" deep, 49" tall and the top is 38" high.
