Carved of solid oak about 1900, a "side by side" secretary desk and bookcase has working locks and adjustable shelves.
The wavy glass door is original as is the shaped and beveled mirror, with a little "smoke" to show its age. Inside the drop front desk are cubicles and a tiny drawer.
The finish is very well preserved with a few ink stains inside the bookcase. There are shrinkage separations from age for antique character on this American made furniture.
Size is 36 1/2" wide, 13" deep and 64" tall.
