Art& Crafts Schwartz Drugstore Medicine File Cabinet

This fabulous quarter-sawn oak 20 drawer file cabinet was used in a drugstore for medicine storage. Adjustable dividers can be placed in the sideways mounted drawers to form compartments for any size of little pill bottle or box.

Signed "Schwartz Sectional System, Patented May 17, 1921," this cabinet has a superb golden oak finish. Drawers are numbered 1-20, and the brass pulls and label holders are original.

There are stops to keep each section attached when opened, and each "drawer" has interior measurements of 13 1/2" tall, 12" front to back, and 4" deep. Wonderfully made and useful for any number of collections or parts, the overall dimensions are 25" wide, 15" deep and 5 1/2' tall.
