Signed by famous artisan cabinetmaker, "Eldred Wheeler of Hingham, Mass.," this is a hand crafted replica from about 40 years ago of a mid 1700's Queen Ann flat top highboy chest.
Solid curly or "tiger" striped grain maple has the original shimmering hand rubbed finish in extremely fine condition.
Waxed and polished, only an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth is needed to maintain its warm patina. Hand dovetailed drawers have traditional brasses on this American made vintage furniture.
The upper section lifts off the base in this authentic design. Measurements are 37" wide, 20" deep and 71" tall.
