Framed Needlepoint & Petite Point Solingen Castle German Tapestry

Signed "Burg Schloss" and "MDS," this hand stitched needlepoint and petite point tapestry dates from the late 1800's.

Crafted in Germany, this antique textile depicts a castle in Solingen, "Schlo� Burg an der Wupper," a tributary of the Rhine River. Newly and expertly framed, this work of art has muted but rich shades.

Overall size is 28" tall and 42" wide.
