Museum or Collector 1915 Antique Oval Display Showcase Cabinet, Curved Glass

A magnificent curved glass display showcase was made for a Chicago museum around 1915. Carved of solid mahogany, the restored finish is in excellent condition on this American made antique furniture.

An end foot is a replacement, see photos. There are minor losses, mars and shrinkage separations from age.

One side has a large sliding glass door. Inside are two standards on one side with adjustable brackets to support the glass shelf. The opposite center standard would need to be securely screwed in place if used, we will do this if desired.

Inside is a shaped platform pedestal base, interior size is 80" long, 20" wide and 36" tall. Overall measurements are 7' '5" long, 26" deep and 53" tall.
