Spanish Colonial Hand Carved Vintage Fruitwood Cabinet or Linen Cupboard

Hand hewn and carved about 50 years ago, this four door cabinet captures the Spanish Colonial design.

Heavy thick planks of fruitwood have traditional artistry including linen fold panels, delicate Gothic tracery and wooden pegs secure the joints. The finish is very well preserved, waxed and buffed so all that is needed to maintain its patina is an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth. The upper left door is warped as shown and there are shrinkage separations from age.

Hand hammered and wrought hardware is original on this vintage furniture.

Size is 44 1/2" wide, 16" deep and 68 1/2" tall.
