This sculpture expresses the action and movement of a Civil War soldier, a brass plate is engraved simply "Army," and dates from the early 1900's.
The bronze finish on the statue has beautiful patina and a little wear. This work of art is cast spelter, a white metal alloy.
Size is 8" wide, 5" deep and 16" tall.
