Joerns 3 Pc Queen Size Carved Bedroom Set

Signed with fragmentary labels by "Joerns Bros. Furniture Co. of Stevens Point, Wis.," this carved 1940 era 3 piece set includes a standard queen size bed, wide dresser with attached mirror and tall chest on chest.

Matched burl walnut panels have richly carved edges with inlaid marquetry medallions. The satiny finish is excellent on this exceptionally well crafted American vintage furniture. Interiors are finished, dovetailed drawers have original heavy weight hardware.

The bed has been adapted to fit a modern queen size mattress as shown in photos with steel side rails, measurements are 57" wide, 86" long, the headboard is 46" tall and the footboard is 17" high.

A wide dresser with mirror has a center jewelry drawer with its original velvet bottom. There is smoke and streaks for "character" in the original shaped and beveled mirror. Size is 67" wide, 23" deep and 75" tall overall.

The tall chest is 40" wide, 22" deep and 54" tall.
