This well worn hand made pewter coffee pot is signed "A. Griswold," see photos. It is attributed to noted pewter maker, Ashbil Griswold (1802-1842) of Meridien, Connecticut. The top of the handle is flattened down, a chunk is missing on the finial of the lid which also has a crack. There are numerous small dings and dents, and height of this charming pot is 11."
