A genuine Art Deco cedar lined chest from about 1935 has a clock, jewelry boxes and a lower drawer.
The finish is excellent on shimmering matched walnut and mahogany, accented with carved and inlaid detailing. A push button latch opens the lid. Natural cedar inside protected wool and other fine fabrics from moth and other insect damage.
The quartz battery clock is later on this American made furniture. Size is 45" wide, 20" deep, 33" tall and the top surface is 27" high.
