Chanson or Song Antique 1890 French Moreau Sculpture

An engraved brass plate reads "Chanson," or Song, on this beautiful sculpture from the Art Nouveau period, about 1890, by "L. & F. Moreau."
This statue was cast in spelter metal, a white metal alloy similar to pewter. The original finish in subtle bronze and green tones has a little wear for antique patina, see photos.
The Moreau family of sculptors was very famous around the world for their lifelike and natural works of art. Base diameter is 8" and height is 25."
