Classical tapered columns with Ionic capitals distinguish this striking solid oak Victorian pier or hall mirror from about 1895. There are traditional egg-and-dart moldings, and the deep brown satiny finish is excellent. A carved bracket supports the curved shelf.

The mirror is flawless, with a wide bevel. This pier mirror would be beautiful in a foyer, staircase landing or dressing area. Measurements of this stellar antique American furniture are 58" wide, 11" deep and 7' 5" tall.
