An authentic "tintype" photograph from the 1860's, this portrait of a gentleman has its original embossed gold frame.

The picture was hand colored by an artist to give "color" to the image. The hand cut tin plate is 7" x 10" on this antique American made photo. Original mat has a hammered bronze finish.

Overall size of the frame is 11 1/2" x 13 1/2."
