Made for a rural general store about 1890, a pine counter is at 42" bar height and could be an island as well.
The top has a very fine satiny finish with just enough mars, stains and dings for antique character. The painted base is attractively worn. American made furniture, this rugged counter or bar was raised to bar height using reclaimed pine lumber at the base.
Size is 8' 1" long, 27" deep and 42" tall.
