A wonderful American Empire period linen chest or dresser is flame mahogany with shimmering matched grain. The deep finish is excellent on this antique furniture dating from about 1835.
Drawers are hand dovetailed and the scrolled design is beautiful. Hand-planed with a paneled back, measurements are 43" wide, 21" deep and 42" tall.
