Signed by premier maker, "Hekman," a campaign style silver or collector chest with an attached base makes a charming end table.
All original from about 25 years ago, yew wood has a distressed finish to look like an antique. Brass inset handles, side handles and corners are original on this American made vintage furniture.
A classic 18th Century design, campaign furniture was made for British military officers to carry into the field, with corner protectors, inset handles and no overhang on top.
Size is 19" wide, 13" deep and 28" tall.
