This butcher's chopping block was crafted about 1900 for a country store in Wisconsin, today it would be nostalgic for a kitchen island or wine and appetizer table.
Solid hard maple with dovetailed joints, this American made antique furniture is well worn and stained with shrinkage separations from age. The top is silky smooth from countless scrapings and cleaning. Rugged and heavy weight, sides and turned legs have a fine finish with warm patina.
Size is 30 1/2" long, 24" deep and 31" tall.
Item # M-16902
