A classic Empire chest of drawers or dresser was hand-made in New England about 1840. Solid cherry and poplar hardwoods show hand planing, square nails, tiny hand-cut dovetails on this authentic antique furniture.
The satiny finish is superb, and large drawers glide smoothly on tracks that are mortised through the back panels. Measurements are 43" wide, 21" deep and 46" tall.
